Neftetank and its subsidiaries offer a wide range of additional equipment for the convenient operation and maintenance of MP-NT series tanks, as well as the engineering and operation of field fuel depots.
The utilization of additional equipment allows us to make the operation and maintenance of tanks and field depots more convenient and safer.
Therefore, our customers can order everything they need for the rapid deployment of field depots. We offer constant availability of a wide range of pumping equipment, fuel dispensers and counters, sleeves and hoses, and more.
We also offer and carry out a comprehensive design and installation service.
Prices for additional equipment start from 1000 rubles depending on the equipment type, size, purpose, and any associated delivery, installation, and service package for ongoing maintenance.
STOP VALVES
Ball valves of various diameters and types are used as stop valves. Ball valves come complete with flanges, interflange gaskets and connectors. The material from which the valves are made is selected depending on the fluid used.
FLEXIBLE SUCTION AND PRESSURE HOSES
Flexible pressure and suction hoses are designed for the convenience of pumping liquid into the tank/s and for connecting them within field fuel storage systems.
Pressure and suction hoses of numerous diameters and lengths are available, which are resistant to various types of products (oil products, fertilizers, acids, etc.), and will reliably function in multiple climatic zones, resisting negative effects from any type of precipitation.
ALUMINUM QUICK CAM-LOCK-CONNECTION
Upon customer request, a BRS type cam-lock can be installed at junction points. This type of fitting offers a quick connection to any corresponding BRS connector.
ACTIVE LIGHTNING DEFENCE “FOREND”
Active lightning protection is necessary when organizing field fuel depots to protect against lightning discharges. Active lightning protection is composed of a lightning rod mounted on a 9 mtr high mast (this is the optimal height at which the protection radius reaches 74 m).
A shock counter is also installed on the air terminal mast. Each air terminal mast is grounded.
LIGHTING
To illuminate field depots, 1-2 kW outdoor floodlights are used, which are mounted in 2 pieces, on special masts 3 to 4 meters high. Lighting masts are installed around the warehouse perimeter at a distance of 20-25 meters from each other. Spotlights are powered by an electrical panel located within the pumping unit. All lighting masts are grounded.
FIRE EXTINGUISHING KIT
TA fire extinguishing kit is necessary when setting up field fuel depots to eliminate fires. The kit includes sand box, shovel, cone bucket, scrap, hook, and powder fire extinguishers.
BERM FRAMING
A Berm is an artificial collapsible square frame. It is convenient when setting up a depot where it is not possible to make a square earthen levy or berm. The berm consists of individual elements, combined in sections of 1.5mtr. The design allows for their assembly within 2 hours, offering stability and rigidity capable of withstanding gusts of wind with a speed of up to 15 mtr/s.
CONTAINERS FOR ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT PROTECTION
Pumping and fluid metering units can be installed within a 20-footer container. This avoids the need to construct shelters or other premises for the equipment and simplifies its installation.
UNIT PUMPS FOR FILLING AND DRAINING
This equipment is designed to pump fluid into the tanks. For servicing field depots, pumps and pumping modules (PTMs) are used.
Pump-Transfer Modules are 20-foot containers equipped inside with pumps, meters, filters, shut-off valves and so forth.
Well-chosen equipment for the pumping and pumping module can supply fluid in both directionsmultiplethanks to the Bypass system. All equipment within the module is backed up, thanks to this, it is possible to carry out any replacement and repair without stopping the pumping process.
The equipment used for the pumping and pumping module is selected individually for each customer and is also dependent on the liquid and required operation. In accordance with safety standards, the module has fire extinguishing, ventilation and lighting systems.
For servicing reservoirs of lower cubic capacities, it is possible to use a pump and pumping platform, which is a simplified modification of the pump and pumping module system. Also equipped with a Bypass system, the equipment is located on a steel platform with runners to allow for mobility. The platform has an awning covering mounted on a metal frame. Additionally, in accordance with PB standards, the control cabinet is installed externally and offers a degree of dust and moisture protection IP65. The PTM base is airtight, and the floor structure eliminates spills during scheduled operations and emergency situations.
It is also possible to use various other fuel dispensers, motor pumps, and the like.
